                                 My OJT Experience

In my first day in MDRRMO I feel so excited and nervous. I'm excited because I want to learn new things and I want to met new friend. I'm nervous because everything is new to me and I don't know how to mingle the people surround on me. New place, new people, everything is new to me because in our senior high we didn't experience immersion that may can give me a little bit hint on how to explore in this kind of situation . I will be able to experience the real world that they called.

But as time goes by I easily adopt the environment by the help of my co-ojt's and our bosses. It's makes easier day by day. We help each to make our work more easier. Our bosses are kind and very approachable. They orient us about the task that they were doing and also they introduced us to their staff inside the office that we’ll be encountering everyday.

On my first week I started to gained so much experience we help our bosses to prepare for the incoming town fiesta. We help them to clean and prepare the gym. They are so very busy to prepare for the fiesta. Thats why they asked us if we can extend out ojt til midnight to help them. Even though it is a tiring day but I really enjoyed it.We also experience to rescue a student girl of Lemery National High School because she was dizzy and lost consciousness, and we took her and brought her to the center. The nervousness and shyness in our first week has gone. Their manners make us feel comfortable to do our task and do it as we can. It is very hard to survive at first but still we managed to do our job done. Every day is a challenge for me to stand out. But I always have a winning attitude through the guidance of the Lord, and always tell myself, “I’m gonna win this.”My ojt experience in MDRRMO was like a roller coaster. Full of fun, excitement and surprise and every step of it I really enjoyed it.
