            My OJT journey at MDRRMO began with a mix of anticipation and trepidation. As a student of BSIT at NISU-LC , I was eager to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. The opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment was a chance I couldn't pass up. I learned the importance of effective communication, teamwork and time management through interacting with colleagues and supervisors.

I greatly valued the mentorship and guidance provided by Sir Art Jhon Caliste and some of the staff. Their support and encouragement played a crucial role in my growth and development. My OJT experience has been instrumental in shaping my career path. I am now more confident in my abilities and have a clearer understanding of what it takes to succeed in my choosen industry. I am eager to apply the skills and knowledge I gained at MDRRMO to future endeavors and contribute to the success in my future job. 

My OJT at MDRRMO was a valuable and enriching experience that has prepared me well for my future career. I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned and grown in such a supportive and challenging environment.
